The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words whose initial letters are capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named Jacks Motorcycles and Cars

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Policy) refers to Jacks Motorcycles and Cars, 48 Akers Avenue.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Application or the Website or both.

Website refers to Jacks Motorcycles and Cars, accessible from Http://www.jacksmotorcycles.co.uk.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days with a valid issue.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  1. The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days

  2. The Goods are in the original packaging

  3. You have a valid proof of purchase

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  1. The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

  2. The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  3. The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  4. The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We may refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Warranty Policy for services.

The following terms are applicable for any services we have provided for you.

Your rights to a Free repair or Refund

You are entitled to a repair at no cost to yourself in the event that any initial repair which we have carried out to your vehicle fails within 90 days of the vehicle being returned to you.

Free repairs are limited to cover prior repairs which we have carried out and any damages caused as a result of our repair failing to be of adequate quality. Free repairs will only be provided in the event that we deem the fault to be ours. any third party tampering with our initial repair will invalidate this warranty in its entirety.

The terminology 'Free repair' and 'Free repairs' refers to re-attempting the initial repair carried out. This constitutes parts and labour of an adequate quality equivalent to OEM.

We reserve the right to withdraw any and all parts of this warranty where we see fit. For example if we replace fork oil seals on your motorcycle and any member of our staff then witnesses you performing wheelies, that would invalidate this warranty in it's entirety in relation to fork oil seals.

If we carry out a free repair and the same repair subsequently fails you are entitled to a full refund minus the cost of any parts fitted in the initial repair, or another free repair of the same item.

Please be aware any warranty claims issued beyond 90 days of the initial repair will be declined . In the event this happens we will offer to carry out the same repair again with a 10% discount applied to the full retail price of the repair.

Customer Supplied Parts

​

Please be aware we do not offer any warranty whatsoever on customer supplied parts. We will not accept any liability if a defect materialises due to any customer supplied part being fitted.
